  My review was originally going to be negative when I didn't receive my order or any update about it, but after contacting Knife Country USA, I spoke with Josh and after a little digging, he figured out what happened to my order and reached out to let me know what was going on. Two days later, I got my package! Josh was very friendly and sincere the whole time and was very helpful. I think it was just one of those freak incidents where something doesn't go as planned. All worked out in the end!
